Our Lent observance will focus primarily on "forgiveness"; "forgiving the unforgivable".  Each participant will prepare a personal list of an individual or individuals they need to completely release in forgiveness.  This list is to be held in personal knowledge and is not to be shared with anyone.

The first 21 days of our Lent observation will be in conjunction with the handout on fasting negative thoughts and words.  We are to prayerfully rely on the grace of God while praying for each other to persevere.

Set Stipulations:  No fast foods and No fried foods

1. Grudges   2.  Guilt (unhealthy)   3.  Gossip
